Searching Photos after Tagging
|
|
|
Done tagging some or all of your photos? Here's how you search using Flickr, Picasa, Kodak EasyShare, Windows Vista and Windows XP.
| |
| |
|
Flickr
Use the Flickr Basic Uploader or Desktop Uploader to
upload your photo files when you're done tagging with Tag-a-Pic. That's
it. Flickr will automatically recognize the new tags and display
them for your approval. Now use the Flickr Search to find the people
you tagged.

|
| |
|
Picasa
Just use Tag-a-Pic whether Picasa is running or
not, and your tags will be automatically recognized and added to your
photos. To view tags in Picasa simply select a photo and click the Tags
photo, as seen below. To search, enter the names of the people you
tagged in the Picasa search box at the top. It's as easy...
.

|
Microsoft Windows Vista
If you're using Windows Vista folder to save and
organize your photos, there's really nothing special you need to do, as
long as your photo folders are indexed by Vista (learn
how to use Vista indexing). After tagging with Tag-a-Pic, simply use
the Vista search to find the people you tagged in your photos.

| |
|
Microsoft Windows XP
If you're using Windows XP or a photo organizer
that does not support the standard meta tags (IPTC), and if you
configured Tag-a-Pic appropriately before tagging (see how), you can simply search by file name, as the tags have been automatically appended to them.

with version 8.0.0.43). EasyShare software automatically recognizes tags created
